Register with The Villages
of Park DuValle Home Sales Center and attend a group or individual sales
orientation.

Know how much house you
can buy. First, visit your mortgage company or bank to obtain your
prequalifing home loan amount. Then, contact the Sales Center to obtain
your incentive level.

Enroll in a home
counseling program (required for first-time home buyers).

Interview builders and
Review house plans.

Select builder and house
plan; select lot; Sign sales and purchase contract.

Apply for first mortgage
at bank or mortgage company and for Park DuValle second mortgage award.
Bank issues commitment letter and or loan is approved.

Attend construction
orientation.

Submit house plans and
specs to Physical Design Committee for approval.

Construction begins.

Hire inspector to check
during construction or after completion.

Finalize your loan and
update financial documents.

Walk through with builder
and quality home construction consultant.
