created an affiliate 501 (c) (3), Chauncey Development Corporation,
which acted as the managing member of a Kentucky Limited Liability
Company (LLC). Chauncey was also the Developer of Phase I, consisting
of 100 rental homes of mixed styles (single-family residences, townhouses,
and apartments) entitled "The Oaks at Park DuValle."
